Below is a list of some of the blogs I follow which discuss grief and family life after loss. I’ve included blogs about pregnancy or baby loss, child death, and the death of a spouse or parent. I have found their posts to be comforting, moving, uplifting and informative, so please do take a look.

Leigh lost her darling son, Hugo, in March 2014, as a result of premature birth. She blogs about her deep grief and campaigns for better communication in healthcare with patients.

This brilliantly honest blog is written by a woman who lost her 32-year-old husband, Nick, to pancreatic cancer in 2011, and diarises her life as a young widow and mum.

Life as a Widower
The author of this blog writes candidly for men and fathers who find themselves widowed, he has also written a book based on the tragic loss of his wife, Desreen. There is much here to support anyone during a bereavement.
